Rent A Mare Program

This program is designed to allow almost anyone to breed a foal of their own by using one of our broodmares and having her bred to one of our stallions or a stallion of your choice through AI. This eliminates the cost of having to purchase a quality broodmare, care of such mare and once the resulting foal is weaned there is no responsibility towards such mare. It also gives the client the opportunity to use a very well bred, good natured and  well conformed mare that they may otherwise not have had the opportunity or financial means to purchase.

During the breeding, gestation, birth, rearing to weaning age, weaning and initial handling of the resulting foal the client will be required to make 18 equal monthly payments for the Rent of the said mare who is rearing your foal.

For mares being Artificial Insemination Cutting K Quarter Horses will take the choosen mare to Longreach to be Artificial Insemination to your choosen stallion and after PTIF Longreach Veterinary Service will foward the account to you to be payed Cutting K Quarter Horses will take her to Longreah and bring her back free of charge, However Cutting K Quarter Horses will not be responable for the Service fee or the Vet fees.

Only the most firtile mares are going to be used in this program

* Once all payments have been completed and the foal is weaned and handled, the foal then becomes the property of the client as the client will have fulfilled their obligation by completing in full and on time all payments

written and legally binding contract will be entered into by Cutting K Quarter Horses and the client setting out the stud and clients responsibilities and giving a 'Foal Guarentee', it will also detail the clients responsibilities and the exact amount of monthly payments or weekly denpending on what Client prefents.

This Program will be availiable for the 2010 breeding session

But we will take booking for mares and consider mares that you are intrested in if you wish to be part of this program as early as Dec 2009

Horses availiable for Lease unless sold in the mean time

All mare have been running with Deniliquin Gold Chex and should be infoal to him any resulting foal will be registered to you we do not guarantee these mares are in foal so we are not charging for the lease of a wet mare however these mares have been running with the stallion since they foaled with there last foal.

Any resulting foal should be looked at as a bonus

Mares can be leased for no less then 18 months and should be returned empty (not in foal)
